Product Description

Application: Mandrel built food hose for suction and delivery of high abrasion solid and dry food in granular or powder such as sugar, grain, cereal, corn, etc. Suitable for PVC pallets. with FDA approval.
Tube: Tan or White FDA approved smooth rubber with high abrasion resistant.

Reinforcement: High tensile textile plies embedded with helix wire and antistatic wire.

Cover: Black or tan smooth conductive rubber, resistant to abrasion, weather, and ozone with fabric impression.

Working pressure: 90 PSI, 6 bar

Nominal burst pressure: 270 PSI, 18 bar

Temperature: -31°F/+180°F (-35°C /+82°C)

Hose assemblies with couplings are available in custom length by request.
