Our Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information. If you have an account with us, you will be able to see the tracking number when you log in.

Order Processing Options

We offer Standard and Rapid order processing*

  • Standard is shipping in 5-7 business days.
  • Rapid is processed with priority and shipping in 1-3 business days.

Both Standard and Rapid processed orders are shipping with either Ground or Freight, depending on the size of the shipment.

* Please note that Rapid processing is not available for Rigging Supply products; this option will not be available at checkout.

Freight Shipments

Shipments over 150 lbs might be sent by Freight. At checkout, please indicate whether your address is Residential or Commercial and if you need a Liftgate. Incorrect selection can result in extra freight charges..

Travel Time

We drop ship our products from our partners’ 10+ warehouses throughout the US and Canada. Once your order is placed, we ensure it is shipped from the closest location to you. The typical travel time is 2-3 business days; however, in rare cases, this can extend to 6-7 business days.

MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, email info@daubnerusa.com or reply to your confirmation email as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Our Return Policy

If you’d like to return your order, please email info@daubnerusa.com or reply to your confirmation email within 5 business days of arrival for the products. We’ll issue a return authorization and send you the return shipping address. You will be responsible for return shipping.

For returning items outside the 5 business days, we ask that you pay a 20% restocking fee on the product refund.

You’ll get the refund to the same credit card you used for purchase within 8-10 business days.

For items purchased outside 5 days, we do not offer any returns or exchanges.
