Shipping and Return Policy
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When your package ships, a separate email will be sent with tracking information.
If you have an account, you can also view your order status and tracking number by logging in.
Order Processing Options
We offer two processing options to meet your timeline:
- Standard Processing: Ships within 5-7 business days
- Rapid Processing: Prioritized handling, ships within 1–3 business days*
Both Standard and Rapid processed orders are shipped with either Ground or Freight, depending on the size of the shipment.
*Note: Rapid processing is not available for Rigging Supply products. This option will not appear at checkout for those items.
Freight Shipments (150+ lbs)
For shipments over 150 lbs, we often use Freight carriers. At checkout, please indicate:
- Residential or Commercial address
- Whether a Liftgate is required
Incorrect selection can result in extra freight charges.
Shipping Timeframes
We ship directly from over 10 partner warehouses across the U.S. and Canada. Orders are routed from the closest available location.
- Typical delivery time: 2–3 business days
- In rare cases: up to 6–7 business days

International Shipping
We offer international shipping upon request.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
To cancel or modify an order, email info@daubnerusa.com or reply to your order confirmation as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order is processed.
Returns & Refunds
To initiate a return, email info@daubnerusa.com or reply to your confirmation email within 5 business days of delivery. We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns after 5 business days: Subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 8–10 business days
Returns are not accepted for items delivered more than 5 business days ago.
